Air Fried Salmon Bites and foods to eat for healthier skin

Here is a list of 22 foods that help your skin either by boosting collagen, reducing wrinkles, or providing nutrients for that healthy “glow”: salmon, watermelon, green tea, tomatoes, carrots, avocados, olive oil, walnuts, oranges, kale, almonds, eggs, milk, sunflower oil, peppers, berries, broccoli, sardines, dark chocolate, Greek yogurt, pomegranate, and kidney beans.

Air Fryer Salmon Bites

1-1.5 lbs of boneless, skinless salmon

1 Tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp chili powder

½ tsp cornstarch

¼ tsp salt

2 tsp olive oil



Instructions:

Mix spices together in a bowl large enough to hold salmon.

Pat salmon dry and cut into 1 inch cubes.

Add salmon to spice bowl and drizzle with oil. Mix until seasoning evenly coats the fish.

Place in 1 layer with space between in the air fryer. Air fry at 400 degrees for 8 minutes until golden and crispy.

Serve with dipping sauce of your choice or as part of a bowl with rice, steamed broccoli, cucumber, shredded carrots, sunflower seeds, etc.
